THE FOLLOWING IDEAS, CONCEPTS AND THEIR DEVELOPMENTS ARE OFFERED TO ATTENTION OF ALL INTERESTED INDIVIDUALS.

1. ANOMALOUS NATURAL PHENOMENA.

   1.1. The Bermud triangle. A physical principles of the anomalous phenomena.

   2. STATE CONSTRUCTING.

    2.1. Former USSR. Ontology of the organizational degradation. "Mechanism" of self-destruction. Functional correction.

3. COMPUTER VISION (SCIENCE).

  3.1. Principles of geometry of real lines. Interference defended approximation. Subdivision into uniform segments. Comparison of configurations.

  3.2. Principle of organization of functional basis for fast, inerference defended recognition of contours (step differences of brightness) on the half-tone images.

  3.3. Simple algorithm of registration of level lines of two-dimensional functions on a discrete retina.

  3.4. The universal linking (addressing) for representation of complex multy-dimension non-uniform dynamically varied network structures.

  3.5. Concept of semantic analysis which begins "disassembly" of expressions -  messages, not from nouns - subjects, but from verbs - actions - processes.

    3-A. ROBOTIC.

    3-A.1. The concept of the robot, which "climb" on a spatial design, which "snatch" for its elements (neiau, pipe, "branch" etc. etc.). The robot - the assembler (brigade of such robots), design, tightening elements, to each other.

4. AUTOMOBILE. GROUND TRANSPORT.

    4.1. Optimum  arrangement of seats for universal - car of everyday using.

    4.2. To increase reliability of automobile variator ("non-stage transfers").

    4.3. The way to make driver training easer.

    4.4. Principle of construction of a road surface   and road component of vehicle  combining stability of movement on ways having directing elements (rails) with an opportunity of individual changing of a course on a road without directing elements.

5. AIRCRAFT.

   5.1. Configuration of the plane with the extended range of working speeds. The shortened take-off - landing. Compact - rigid design. Universal - modular application. The first step of space start.

  5.2. Principle of inflight refuelling, which in whole much safer than standard. It has prospects of applying in civil aircraft.

  5.3. The way to increase efficiency (E.I.A. and power) of turbojet engine.

  5.4. Configuration of the individual flying device - "man - airplane".

  5.5. The way to avoid turbulence of an air flow which is flowing round bearing(carrying) planes (and, as a whole, - elements of a design) unhigh-speed flying device.

6. OTHER

   6.1. Rational configuration of  the small format photo camera.

   6.2. Rational configuration of blocks of the household audio equipment. Easily modified, convenient in supervision, modular configuration of blocks of the TV set.

   6.3. The configuration of simple - reliable pistol for near fight.
