The basic concept.
It is proposed, to build airplanes
with forced ventilation of the upper wing surface by the scheme of a low-wing
monoplane, instead of a high-wing monoplane as it is accepted (An-72,
An-74, etc.). Such solution will allow to refuse basically a fuselage as
such, - as a voluminous carrying structure. In this case, the airplane will
represent a compact, rigid - "flying platform" (fig.1).

Thus, it will be possible to build
more load-lifting machines or to increase load ratio of freight aeroplanes
of already existing categories. The freight can be tightened directly
on the such platform and to cover with the aerodynamic hood which is not
carrying force loading.
The further development.
To dispose engines in chessboard order
on the wing expanded longitudinally. Here engines of the subsequent lines
will pick up - push a surface stream further. An alternative version
is tandem wings. The overall objective of these versions is to increase
longitudinal stability of flight on low speeds.
Remarks.
Probably, for compensation of the
torquing moments, carrying surfaces need to obtain the swept forward. It
seems expedient to add controlled nozzles with overwing sliding lattices,
for the best diffluence of the jet on the wing surface.

Space start.
As the second step it is expedient
to use a stratoplane with ramjet engines (fig.3).

Basically, landing of the shuttle
can be realised also aboard of a flying platform which can not only passively
but also actively to pick up the landed vehicle (to taxi up
under it).
